Interpretation

Useful means the average welfare benefit is materially greater than the annual contribution per member.
Feasible means expected contribution income covers expected welfare claims, administration, reserve allocation and other obligations.
Funding ratio = annual contribution income ÷ annual welfare outgo. Below 1.00 indicates an expected annual deficit.
Retirement is reported separately because current welfare cash flow does not by itself prove that future retirement obligations are funded.

This is a planning model, not a formal actuarial valuation. For an actual scheme, replace assumed incidence rates with the scheme's historical experience and model retirement using the member age distribution, mortality, retirement probabilities, benefit rules and investment assumptions.
